An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a global technology organisation delivering a broad portfolio of technology, HR systems and business application projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of software implementation, HR technology and business systems initiatives within a highly successful international business.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a growing technology delivery function, you'll lead multiple projects across HR systems, enterprise applications and operational technology initiatives.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Technology and Operations whilst managing implementation partners, vendors and third-party suppliers.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving projects forward rather than operating purely at programme governance level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technology delivery projects
Manage software implementation and enhancement initiatives
Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and delivery schedules
Manage implementation partners, vendors and service integrators
Coordinate testing, deployment and go-live activities
Support user adoption and business readiness
Manage multiple concurrent projects within an international environment
Skills & Experience
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience in:
Workday implementations, enhancements or optimisation projects
HRIS or HR systems delivery
Enterprise software implementation
Business systems projects
ERP or finance systems exposure
Vendor and partner management
Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
Suitable backgrounds include:

Project Delivery Lead
Experience with Workday is highly desirable. Experience with SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UKG, HiBob, ADP, Cornerstone, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms will also be considered.

Approximately 4-8 years' project delivery experience

Enjoys being hands-on and involved in delivery
Package
£70,000 - £75,000 salary
