They are building a modern approach to business process automation and looking for someone who enjoys understanding how teams work, spotting inefficiencies and creating solutions that genuinely improve day-to-day operations.
This is not a role where requirements simply arrive in a backlog. You will spend time with teams across the business understanding how work happens today, identifying opportunities and helping shape how automation and AI are adopted in a practical and sensible way. You will have visibility, ownership and influence rather than being one person in a large delivery machine.
