Project Manager opportunity within a global technology organisation delivering major HR and digital transformation programmes.

Our client is a global, purpose-led technology organisation operating across health, safety and environmental markets and undergoing significant enterprise transformation. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Workday and HR transformation projects across a complex international environment.

This is a varied and high-profile role requiring strong project governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery expertise. The successful individual will play a key role shaping and delivering enterprise technology initiatives while working closely with HR, Talent and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday and HR transformation projects
  • Deliver full project lifecycle from discovery to post implementation
  • Gather requirements and define business use cases
  • Own solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Drive project governance including RAID and reporting
  • Manage risks, dependencies and change control
  • Work closely with HR and Talent stakeholders
  • Manage System Integrators and external vendors
  • Present to SteerCos and senior stakeholders
  • Support enhancement and change request activity
  • Build sustainable BAU processes
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
  • Strong Workday implementation or enhancement experience
  • Experience delivering HR systems or HR transformation projects
  • Around 5-10 years' project delivery experience within enterprise or technology-led environments
  • Enterprise software implementation experience
  • Strong stakeholder management capability
  • Experience managing System Integrators and external delivery partners
  • Governance and project controls expertise
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering within complex organisations

We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who bring strong delivery foundations together with a proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach. This role will suit someone who enjoys staying close to delivery, builds strong stakeholder relationships and remains open to learning and developing across evolving transformation programmes.
