Senior Power Platform Engineer (AI / Automation / Copilot)

£55,000 to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting for a Senior Power Platform Engineer to design and deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions across a growing wealth management organisation investing heavily in Power Platform and AI capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of automation, AI and business process improvement, working closely with teams across the organisation to deliver solutions that have real operational impact.

You will combine hands-on engineering with direct business engagement, shaping how automation and AI are adopted.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

Develop AI-assisted automation and copilots using Copilot Studio

Deliver end-to-end automation solutions across business processes

Work directly with stakeholders to identify and improve processes

Implement governance, security and control frameworks

Support and enhance existing Power Platform solutions

Monitor and optimise automation performance

Requirements

Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience building complex automation workflows

Experience with Copilot or AI-enabled automation solutions

Understanding of governance and Power Platform environments

Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users

Ownership mindset and delivery focus
