We are recruiting for an Azure Integration Engineer to join a growing technology team within a large enterprise organisation undergoing significant transformation. This is a brand-new role offering the opportunity to design and build modern integration solutions using Azure technologies, supporting digital services, automation and AI-driven initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling system-to-system communication and delivering scalable, secure integrations across a modern Microsoft-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus
- Develop secure RESTful APIs using Azure API Management
- Create integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
- Implement robust messaging and retry strategies
- Support automation and AI-enabled solutions through integration services
- Monitor performance and reliability using Azure monitoring tools
- Produce technical documentation and standards
- Work collaboratively across engineering and delivery teams
- Support integration lifecycle management from design to production
Requirements
- Strong experience developing APIs using C# and .NET
- Experience working with Azure Service Bus or messaging technologies
- Experience with Azure API Management
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions
- Strong understanding of integration architecture
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
