We’re hiring a Senior iOS Developer to join a team building consumer-facing mobile applications in the digital health space. This role would suit someone who has experience developing apps used by large numbers of end users and understands the importance of performance, usability and overall user experience. You’ll be working on a modern iOS platform that connects with external devices and handles real user data. You’ll join a collaborative team working closely with Product, UX and QA, with the opportunity to contribute to technical decisions and help shape how the platform evolves.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and improving consumer-facing iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
- Building scalable, user-focused features with a strong emphasis on performance and usability
- Integrating APIs and managing data workflows
- Contributing to app architecture and code quality standards
- Writing and maintaining unit and UI tests
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
- Supporting release processes and CI/CD
- Working closely with Product, UX and QA teams
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial experience developing consumer-facing iOS applications
- Solid experience using Swift
- Experience using SwiftUI in production
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Good understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture
- Experience writing unit and UI tests
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Apple HealthKit
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or medical devices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
