Intelligent Steps seeks a Service Now Designer for a long-term project in the Telecommunications sector.
The role covers design, administration and ongoing improvements to the Service Now platform, including upgrades and client-facing support.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and strong REST/SOAP integrations, plus SCRUM familiarity.
This is a rolling 6-month+ contract outside IR35 with UK-based partnerships.
