You will be working on a strategic telco network alongside other Enginers, providing technical assistance, ensuring issues are identified and SLAs are met.
To be considered for this position you should have;
* Prior Field Engineer experience
* Track record working with Data Centres and on Networks
* Knowledge of some of the following network areas: TCP/IP, Routers & Switches, LAN, WAN, PDH, SDH, MPLs etc
* Expeirence providing 1st Line support within a 24 x 7 x 365 basis – further details discussed with the client
