The Opportunity:
We are seeking bright, enthusiastic, and highly motivated IT Graduates to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions primarily using Java and/or Python.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and deployment of applications leveraging Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Contribute to the research, development, and integration of AI/Machine Learning models and solutions (e.g., data preparation, model training, deployment).
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Operations) to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Actively learn new technologies and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (within the last 12-24 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundational programming skills in Java and/or Python, demonstrated through academic projects, personal projects, or internships.
- Basic understanding and demonstrable interest in Cloud Computing concepts and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with cloud services like compute, storage, or serverless functions is a plus.
- Familiarity with fundamental Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) concepts, including an understanding of algorithms, data processing, and model evaluation. Academic projects using ML libraries.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and/or Scripting best practices.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for technology.
Desirable Skills & Attributes (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Front End technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js) and Back End frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot for Java, Django/Flask for Python).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile showcasing personal projects.
