We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Head of Product Design to join a rapidly scaling AI-driven healthcare startup transforming how patients access treatment. The Head of Product Design will play a key role in shaping product experience across mobile, web and internal clinical tools, leading the design function.
The Head of Product Design will report directly into the Head of Product, working closely with Engineering, CX teams and managing 2 product designers.
The Head of Product Design will:
- Evolve the design experience across customer-facing products and internal platforms
- Revamp design across mobile, web and internal tools
- Build and implement a design system to ensure consistency across products
- Manage 2 Product Designers to improve user experience
The Head of Product Design must have:
- B2C experience ideally within regulated industries
- Hands on product design experience across mobile, web and internal tools
- 0-1 Experience with implementing design systems
- Strong UX experience and understanding
- Managed product designers
