b Overview /b p In this role you lead the global product function to drive growth and value across a connected ecosystem of brands and publishers. You shape the multi-year vision, portfolio, and AI strategy to gain a competitive edge, while coaching a small product leadership team in discovery, prioritisation and outcome-based delivery. You’ll connect product to revenue, retention and monetisation, and engage with strategic customers and partners. This is a high-visibility role with broad influence across a fast-growing tech business. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead a team of six to seven direct reports, including Heads of Product /li li Drive discovery, prioritisation, testing and outcome-based delivery /li li Embed a bias for action and a simple loop: understand, decide, build, test, learn, iterate /li li Set multi-year product vision, portfolio and roadmap /li li Define the AI product strategy (recommendation, matching, intelligent workflow, conversational/use cases) with governance /li li Link product initiatives to revenue growth, retention, monetisation, pricing and go-to-market /li li Engage directly with strategic customers and partners /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Demonstrated fast career progression with strong hands-on product craft /li li Experience in a high-growth technology business known for shipping quickly /li li Experience taking AI or advanced-data products from idea to launch and scale /li li Experience leading product teams and leaders /li li Strong commercial judgement /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li li Start-up, founder or early-stage experience is a strong plus /li /ul ul li Leadership and people management /li li Excellent communication /li li Stakeholder management /li li AI/product strategy for AI-enabled features /li li Advanced data product development /li li Discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and delivery /li /ul
