A global advertising and marketing technology organisation is currently seeking a talented VP Growth / VP Sales & Marketing to lead both the Sales and Marketing functions internationally. Reporting into the CCO, this is a newly created role bringing together two established functions under a single commercial leader.
Salary Package: £155-165k + £80k Bonus + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office)
The business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for the VP Growth / VP Sales & Marketing to drive enterprise acquisition, strengthen sales and marketing performance, manage a £6m annual marketing budget and accelerate growth beyond its existing £350m+ ARR.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and align Sales and Marketing globally, owning revenue growth and commercial performance.
- Drive enterprise acquisition, pipeline generation and go-to-market execution across international markets.
- Improve sales and marketing effectiveness through stronger processes, forecasting and performance management.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver growth initiatives, scale teams and accelerate business growth.
- Experience leading both Sales and Marketing functions within a B2B environment, with ownership of revenue growth.
- A strong track record of enterprise customer acquisition, pipeline growth and commercial scaling.
- Experience within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, marketplace or platform businesses.
