Senior Product Owner / Product Manager needed by market-leading ISV to overhaul their current customer application, making it more user-friendly, efficient, and effective to use. The client is completing a transformation to a pure SaaS model, so the Senior Product Owner / Product Manager is key to reimagining what users want and need and delivering the best solution. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced organisation, offering great career development prospects. The Senior Product Owner / Product Manager will report to the CPO, work extensively with customers and seek to deliver amazing, user-friendly software that saves time, automates where possible, and is tablet-friendly. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in South Oxfordshire. The Senior Product Owner / Product Manager will: Drive the product vision and strategy. Prioritise user experience at every stage, creating easy and accessible solutions. Collaborate across teams effectively to lead the product from concept to launch. Own the product backlog, working closely with the development team to break epics down into user stories. Deliver regular product updates to senior stakeholders. Support the scrum master with facilitating sprint planning/execution. Work to support the aims of the R&D department by conveying customer feedback and potential concerns. Develop expertise on the customers, market, and competitors. Candidates for the Senior Product Owner / Product Manager must have: Strong experience (3-4 years minimum) of product management and delivery in a B2B software firm. Proven record of successfully implementing a product that solved user problems (ideally SaaS). Ability to collaborate across departments, present to senior stakeholders, and lead teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with inward- and outward- facing stakeholders. This business is unable to support visa sponsorship, so candidates must have full entitlement to work in the UK.
