Overview
Senior Product Manager / Product Manager at Intelligent People Ltd. Salary: Β£65-75k + 10% Bonus + Benefits. Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office).
This role is for a rapidly growing PropTech company with 400K+ monthly visits. You will own the 0-1 build of a new web app that transforms how landlords, tenants, and agents navigate their property journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the full 0-1 build, launch and scale of the web app.
- Lead value-driven discovery, gathering insights from a highly active user base.
- Shape and validate a new multi-user experience (landlords, tenants, buyers & sellers).
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and ops to launch early iterations visibly.
- Manage platform migration strategy from the current web to the new app-first experience over time.
Requirements / Qualifications
- B2C/B2B2C experience; marketplaces, regulated industries or KYC conditions would be beneficial.
- Strong expertise in continuous discovery and data-driven decision making.
- Experience delivering NPD/0-1 product in high consumer environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together.
