Overview Senior Product Designer / Product Designer to own the digital transformation of a new internally built web app for landlords, tenants, and agents. Hybrid London work arrangement with a salary range of £65–75k plus bonus. Location London (Hybrid, 3 days/week) Responsibilities Own the design roadmap of a new web app. Build a scalable, developer-friendly design system and drive strong adoption across engineering. Provide accessible UI and onboarding flows that reduce friction and support needs. Flex between individual contributor and team lead, managing contract design talent as needed. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Ops to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences. Requirements / Qualifications Come from a B2C / B2B2C environment; marketplaces, regulated industries or KYC environments would be beneficial. Have a strong portfolio of user-first, accessible work. Proven ability to lead UX research and ship polished, scalable design systems. Strong visual craft with a bias toward simplicity, usability, and elegant interface design. Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments (multi-brand or high-acquisition environments are a plus). Comfortable flexing between hands-on design and mentoring contract or remote talent.
