A Product Designer / UX/UI Designer is needed by a large global B2B2C Travel business that provides a range of travel and lifestyle benefits in the rewards, loyalty, and incentives space. The company is set to 4X their revenue over the next 2-3 years, with the mobile app being central to their ambitious growth!
Package: £45,000-55,000 + Benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days a week in office)
The Product Designer / UX/UI Designer will report into the Lead Designer and will take ownership of the development of the customer journey across mobile app and web, focusing on offering the best-in-class customer experience from research and discovery all the way through to iterative design and building of new design systems!
The Product Designer / UX/UI Designer will:
- Provide engaging and intuitive user experiences across digital products.
- Test design concepts with customers and iterate designs in response to customer feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure designs meet business, customer, and technical needs.
The Product Designer / UX/UI Designer must have:
- Previous experience in a Product Design/UX role in a mobile-first environment, from any sector such as retail, travel, hotels, holidays, airlines, ticketing, finance, insurance, price comparison, etc.
- Ideally experience of Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, Figma, InVision, Adobe CC.
- Design experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with Design Systems.
