The Senior UX Designer will take ownership of complex problem spaces from discovery through to delivery, uncovering user insight and translating this into intuitive, accessible, and commercially valuable product experiences. This is not a traditional UX role focused only on wireframes and interface detail. The Senior UX Designer will:
- Own complex UX problem spaces from discovery through to delivery
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across complex workflows
- Conduct and apply user research to uncover insight and validate product decisions
- Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and solve user problems
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to shape product direction
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant product solutions
- Create high-quality user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design outputs using modern design tools
- Contribute to the development and evolution of UX research practices and methodologies
- Champion evidence-based design and user-centred thinking across product teams
- Support the use of AI-enhanced design, research, and workflow practices
- Work across B2B software products with elements of B2C-style user experience
- Contribute to design systems, accessibility standards, and scalable design practices
- Influence stakeholders through clear communication, insight, and design rationale

Candidates for the Senior UX Designer role must have:
- Strong UX design experience across both discovery and delivery
