We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a fast-moving business delivering complex hardware-enabled products and services that make a real impact. The Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of software, IT and hardware development projects, working across new product releases, business improvement initiatives, procurement & supplier coordination.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Norwich
Salary Package: £60-£70k (no bonus)
The Project Manager will report into the Programme Director, working closely across operations and manufacturing teams, while engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The Project Manager will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of hardware-enabled, software and IT products from concept through to live service
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain
- Manage new products introduction & drive internal business improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and stakeholder communication
The Project Manager must have:
- Experience delivering complex projects across hardware, software, and operational environments
- Strong IT background
- Project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, Agile PM)
- Excellent stakeholder management
