Working for a premium B2B product business, the Marketing Executive will support lead generation, CRM activity, events, email campaigns and high-quality marketing content. The business supplies premium products into the hospitality and commercial interiors space, working with high-end customers across hotels, venues, contract catering, commercial spaces and distributor networks. The role sits within a small marketing team and reports directly to the Marketing Director. This is a hands-on, varied role for a bright and proactive marketer who wants to build experience across demand generation, events, CRM, content and commercial marketing.
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, help manage HubSpot activity, contribute to lead generation, support events from planning through to follow-up, and create polished marketing assets aligned to a premium brand. This role is based in London on a primarily office-based basis during probation (4 days a week), moving to hybrid working (3 days a week) after probation.
The Marketing Executive will:
- Support the delivery of multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, social, content and digital channels
- Use HubSpot to help manage CRM activity, including lists, segmentation, workflows, nurture campaigns and reporting
- Support the creation of lead generation assets such as guides, lookbooks, landing pages, gated content and campaign collateral
- Deliver email marketing campaigns to prospects, customers and distributor networks
- Support trade shows, hospitality events, distributor events and commercial activations from planning through to post-event follow-up
- Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline generation, prospect outreach and tailored sales materials
- Help maintain CRM data quality and produce reports on campaign performance, lead generation and engagement
- Create, brief and coordinate content across digital and print channels, ensuring output reflects a premium brand standard
- Support product launches, ensuring campaign assets and marketing materials are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Contribute to social media activity, including content planning, scheduling and publishing
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, creative and operations teams
- Bring curiosity, organisation and enthusiasm to a growing marketing function
Candidates for the Marketing Executive role must have:
- 2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, product-led, design-led, hospitality, interiors or premium brand environment
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Hands-on CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot or a similar platform
- Experience with email marketing, campaign reporting, marketing automation or database segmentation
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, polished and commercially focused copy
- Experience supporting events, trade shows, customer activations or partner/distributor marketing
- A good understanding of how marketing activity supports lead generation, pipeline and commercial outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A proactive, curious and self-directed approach
- Comfort working in a small business or SME environment where priorities can move quickly
