Working for a global eCommerce business that are about to launch a new consumer marketplace platform, the Senior Product Analyst / Product Insight Manager will work across product, engineering and commercial teams to define, document and build all product metrics and dashboards.
The Senior Product Analyst / Product Insight Manager will:
- Define and document core product metrics in partnership with PMs and commercial stakeholders.
- Translate and map commercial metrics into meaningful Product KPIs in partnership with commercial finance and PMs.
- Work with a marketing analytics agency partner to align on GA, GTM, Data Layer, etc requirements.
- Act as a conduit between the third-party agency and internal teams (Product, Engineering, etc) to implement and test new data flows and dashboards.
- Start to build out the product reporting suite / dashboards as launch approaches (Q3).
- Engage and communicate with non-technical stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, leadership, etc) in language they understand.
Candidates for the Senior Product Analyst / Product Insight Manager role must have:
- Strong experience in a product analytics or product insight role within a mass consumer eCommerce environment, such as eCommerce/retail, travel, media, entertainment, hospitality, etc.
- Strong experience identifying and implementing key product KPIs and metrics, and building dashboards for different stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across technical and commercial teams.
- Strong experience of GA4 – Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Layer, etc.
