This position requires a Marketing Manager who can build targeted campaigns, liaise with specific stakeholders, and discover relevant events, generating top of funnel leads that will ultimately deliver ROI.
As the first marketing hire for this product, the candidate must be comfortable with a broad scope, multiple stakeholders, and hands-on delivery. This role requires working in the company’s offices (Victoria, London) 5 days per week with occasional global travel for events (2-3 trips per year).
Candidates will:
- Review, optimise, and own GTM, including product positioning, messaging, content, and sales enablement.
- Build demand generation and content marketing campaigns to target and engage customers, generating top of funnel MQLs.
- Work with creative agencies to build digital assets, writing content for product and marketing materials.
- Engage with customers to understand product feedback, create case studies, and develop product/campaign messaging that highlights customer problems that the technology solves.
- Work with internal experts and leaders to develop content, white papers, etc., and identify possible keynote and speaking opportunities.
- Feed product ideas from customer feedback and market research into the product team to help shape product features.
- Build and launch targeted ABM campaigns if appropriate.
- Regularly communicate with users, aligning feedback, customer needs, and pain points with product features.
- Keep up to date with key global events and conferences, planning and delivering events that raise awareness and generate leads.
- Track ROI and other key data and analytics across campaigns, events, lead conversion, etc.
Candidates must have:
- Strong B2B SAAS marketing experience from any sector (experience in transport, shipping analytics software, or similar is an advantage but not essential).
- Broad skillset (or comfort working across) GTM, product marketing, content and collateral production, demand generation, events, etc.
- Excellent literacy and written English, as you’ll be writing content and copy yourself.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and users.
- Ability to travel to SW London for work every day and be comfortable travelling internationally (about 2-3 trips a year, likely Europe).
This company does not offer visa sponsorship.
