A leading UK consumer marketplace is looking for a CRM Manager to build and own the next generation of its consumer lifecycle marketing function. The business already reaches millions of customers every year, but its biggest growth opportunity is solving one simple question: how do you stay relevant when customers only need you a handful of times each year? Using behavioural data, customer insight and experimentation, you’ll define the CRM strategy that transforms customer engagement into a powerful commercial growth engine, driving repeat usage, customer lifetime value and long-term loyalty.

Joining a small, high-performing Consumer Growth team, you’ll own the consumer CRM strategy and help define how Product, Data and CRM work together to create best-in-class customer experiences. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern, in-house CRM function from the ground up, shaping both the strategy and the foundations that will support millions of customer interactions every year.

The CRM Manager will:

  • Own the consumer CRM strategy, roadmap and end-to-end customer lifecycle.
  • Design new customer journeys across onboarding, cart abandonment, upsell, cross-sell and retention.
  • Partner with Product, Data and Engineering to connect CRM with deep links, landing pages and personalised experiences.
  • Lead CRM experimentation, segmentation and performance optimisation to drive measurable commercial growth.

The CRM Manager must have:

  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Experience designing customer lifecycle strategies, segmentation frameworks and automated CRM journeys.
  • Experience within a fast-paced, scaling consumer digital business, ideally a marketplace, app or subscription business.
  • A commercially minded approach with experience connecting CRM, Product and Data to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
