Its platform uses AI to support banks and quantitative funds with AI-generated code verification, and critical system migration verification.

Its founders are a maths academic and a former global leader at a tier-one bank.

The company has completed paid pilots with a global quant fund, and global banks are now onboarding.

This is the company’s first dedicated product hire.

Researchers, engineers and product work side by side there.

Decide which use cases to pursue and which to drop, starting with AI pull-request review and code migration.

Build the business case for each with client executives.

Define the core workflows for those who approve specifications, the quants and developers whose code is checked, and the validators who review the evidence.

Lead the Enterprise release: single sign-on, client controls, automations, usage billing and a full audit trail.

Work with design partners and forward-deployed engineers to turn client engagements into a repeatable product and a clear pilot-to-production path.

Launch self-serve plans for researchers and build the route from first sign-up to Enterprise contract.

Own pricing and packaging with the CEO across enterprise licences, per-user and usage-based fees.

Raise the quality of the product experience, documentation and onboarding, including the evidence clients’ model-risk teams need.

Hands-on familiarity with AI agents and engineering workflows, including MCP, pull requests, CI and automated code-review tools.

Comfort with technical and quantitative material, and the willingness to learn how formal specifications and proofs work.

Sound judgement in setting priorities when research, platform and client demands compete.

Clear communication with mathematicians, engineers and senior client stakeholders.

Right to work in the UK, and the ability to work from a central London office five days a week.

Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
