Head of Growth & Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Manager | Β£60β70k (+ bonus) | Mayfair (5 days onsite)
Working for a fast-growing, privately owned investment business targeting high net-worth individuals (HNW) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNW), the Head of Growth & Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Manager will take ownership of the full marketing function, with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads and driving conversion across an alternative investment product.
This is a hands-on role in a small, ambitious team, with direct access to the CEO and full ownership of the marketing strategy, execution, and performance.
The business operates within a premium, asset-backed investment space, targeting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the UK and internationally.
This role is based in Central London (Mayfair), with an expectation of 5 days per week in the office.
The role will:
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, aligned to commercial growth and revenue targets
- Drive high-quality lead generation across paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
- Take full ownership of the website and conversion journey, optimising performance from initial engagement through to sale
- Improve lead quality, cost per acquisition, and overall funnel efficiency
- Manage and optimise agency performance, holding partners accountable to clear KPIs and ROI
- Develop and evolve brand positioning towards a more premium, investment-led proposition
- Create and oversee high-impact campaigns across digital, content, and events
- Leverage events, referrals, and relationship-led marketing to engage high-value clients
- Build and optimise CRM journeys, supporting client engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
- Operate in a highly hands-on capacity, contributing directly to campaign execution, content, and creative output
Candidates must have:
- Proven marketing experience targeting high net worth or ultra-high net worth individuals (HNW / UHNW)
- Strong expertise across paid digital channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta, with a focus on performance and ROI
- Experience optimising websites and conversion journeys for high-ticket sales
- A commercial mindset, with a clear track record of driving revenue through marketing activity
- Experience managing agencies and external partners effectively
- Comfort setting strategy, and also being hands on β writing copy, producing digital assets, executing campaigns, etc.
Highly desirable:
- Background in financial services, alternative investments, wealth management, or other high-trust sectors, or alternatively luxury, premium, or high-ticket direct-to-consumer environments
- Experience with event-led or relationship-driven marketing strategies
