A Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager is neededby a large global B2B2C & B2C Tech company who provide a range of customer loyalty schemes and benefits, both direct via a mobile app and via white label solutions with the company is set to 4X their revenue over the next 2-3 years!

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days week in office)
The over-riding responsibility for the Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager is to increase user engagement; this will be achieved by a combination of marketing plans, martech implementation, designing and implementing loyalty programs, removal of friction points, experiments, personalisation & NPD.
The Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager will report into the VP of Product and work cross-functionally with marketing, will use in-app promotions, gamification, notification optimisation and streamline the customer journey to ensure the best-in-class user experience across both web and mobile app!
The Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager will:
Own the development, growth and optimisation for the membership’s user experience.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, designers, data and dev teams globally.
Work at pace to facilitate discussions around discovery, A/B test effectively using data and insight driven decision making.
Own the user experience for both the web and mobile app platforms.
Demonstrate the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
The Growth Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager must have:
Worked with a B2C or D2C product in a growth capacity across web and mobile app.
Delivered great products that consumers love.
The capability to manage numerous stakeholders and occasionally competing demands.
An evidence and data driven approach to prioritisation and product development.
