A Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager is needed by a fast growing B2B2C & B2C Tech organisation who effectively operate as a marketplace, both direct via a mobile app and via white label solutions. The company is set to 4X their revenue over the next 2-3 years.

The Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager will report into the VP of Product and work cross-functionally with marketing, using in-app promotions, gamification, notification optimisation and streamlining the customer journey to ensure the best-in-class user experience across both web and mobile app.
The Growth Product Lead / Loyalty Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager will:
- Own the development, growth and optimisation for the membership’s user experience.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, designers, data and dev teams globally.
- Work at pace to facilitate discussions around discovery, A/B test effectively using data and insight driven decision making.
- Own the user experience for both the web and mobile app platforms.
- Demonstrate the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
The Growth Product Lead / Senior Growth Product Manager / Growth Manager must have:
- Worked with a B2C or D2C product in a growth capacity across web and mobile app.
