Working for a fast-growing B2B rewards, loyalty and digital payments business, the Senior Product Designer will own the design of a modern, intuitive platform used by businesses to deliver rewards, incentives, loyalty schemes and digital gift card solutions. The business operates across the B2B retail rewards space, offering access to thousands of digital gift cards globally, as well as prepaid Visa and Mastercard products. Its platform supports a wide range of business customers across rewards, loyalty, employee benefits, customer incentives and partner programmes.
This is a hands-on contract role for a heavyweight product designer who can take ownership of end-to-end UI and product design across a complex B2B platform. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for helping shape and build a modern, intuitive user experience, improving usability, design quality and product flow across the platform.
The role would suit a senior designer with strong SaaS platform experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, rewards, loyalty, marketplaces or other complex B2B products. This is a fully remote UK-based contract role, outside IR35, initially for 3 months with potential to extend.
The Senior Product Designer will:
- Own the end-to-end product design of a modern B2B rewards and loyalty platform
- Design intuitive, high-quality UI across complex platform workflows
- Improve the overall user experience, usability and visual design of the product
- Translate business requirements, user needs and technical constraints into clear design solutions
- Work across user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interface design and interaction flows
- Create polished, modern and commercially effective product experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, commercial and senior stakeholders
- Help define the design direction for the platform and raise the overall design standard
- Simplify complex workflows across rewards, digital gift cards, prepaid cards and loyalty solutions
- Support the creation or improvement of design systems, reusable components and UI patterns
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Work at pace in a contract environment, quickly understanding the product, users and business priorities
- Bring senior design thinking, product judgement and strong UI craft to a growing digital platform
Candidates for the Senior Product Designer role must have:
- Strong product design experience across B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, rewards, loyalty or complex digital platforms
- A senior, heavyweight design background, ideally operating at Senior, Lead or Principal Product Designer level
- Proven experience designing modern, intuitive UI for SaaS or platform products
- Strong end-to-end product design skills across discovery, UX, UI, prototyping and delivery
- Excellent Figma skills and the ability to produce high-quality, polished design work quickly
- Experience working with product managers, engineers and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of platform design, user journeys, workflows and interaction design
