Working for a fast-growing, multi-brand direct-to-consumer business, the role involves owning the day-to-day performance of multiple Shopify stores, driving online revenue growth, and coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and customer experience. This is a highly hands-on role, requiring a balance of commercial thinking, operational oversight, and team coordination to ensure the smooth running and continued scaling of a multi-brand eCommerce operation. This is an on-site role based in Rainham, Essex.
The E-Commerce Manager / eCommerce Operations Manager / Shopify Manager will:
- Own the day-to-day trading performance of multiple Shopify stores, optimising conversion rate, AOV, and overall customer journey.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across customer service, marketing, design, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Act as the central point of communication between UK and international teams, ensuring workflows run efficiently and issues are resolved quickly.
- Oversee product listings, on-site merchandising, and content to improve conversion performance.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics and performance data, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across fulfilment, inventory, and customer service.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support traffic growth and campaign execution.
- Implement and improve systems, processes, and workflows to support business scalability.
- Handle escalated operational or customer issues, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
- Provide regular performance insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
