UI Product Designer (D2C) – Global Entertainment Leader - 6 month contract – £467 per day (Outside IR35) - Hybrid (2 days, London)

We are recruiting a UI Product Designer (D2C) / User Interface Product Designer for a leading global company in the entertainment sector. With a presence across multiple countries and a portfolio that includes iconic venues, innovative ticketing solutions, and award-winning productions, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences at scale.

We’re looking for a UI Product Designer with strong design system expertise and broader product design skills. You will play a key part in evolving and managing design systems for their products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across both web and native apps. This is not a pure UI role – it’s about creating cohesive, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring consistency across the platform.

This is a full-time, contract role based in their zone 1 London office 2 days per week, reporting to the Head of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolve and manage the company's design system to create scalable, modern systems that align with various brand identities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product teams, to maintain and expand the design system.
  • Ensure products meet accessibility, localisation, and brand standards.
  • Support documentation and guidelines for the design system, promoting best practices across the team.
  • Continuously optimise UI and design system through testing and data-driven insights.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
Required Experience:
  • You must have worked for a very large well-known consumer brand e.g. Trivago, Hotels.com, Booking.com.
  • Proven experience building and launching design systems, with a deep understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility.
  • Previous collaboration within design teams, product, and engineering departments.
  • Experience with responsive web and native app design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Tokens Studio, Github, and Confluence.
  • Up to date with the latest guidelines.
