We’re hiring an AI Senior Training Manager for a fast-growing b2b2c SaaS early stage start-up. Their AI-powered learning platform helps companies train their employees to use AI effectively in their everyday work, while giving enterprises visibility of AI tools and practices. Designed to make AI practical, approachable, and empowering, the platform enables teams to unlock tangible business value from AI technologies.
The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing professional to lead AI training to drive adoption and onboarding. You’ll work directly with clients, showing them how to use the platform, guiding their teams, and ensuring adoption delivers real impact. The role will involve extensive UK travel in the early days, which will reduce as the training/CS team is scaled up. There’s strong potential for the role to evolve into a broader CS leadership role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide clients on using the AI platform.
- Design and run programs that drive adoption across client organisations.
- Act as the main point of contact for client engagement and support.
