Product Designer (mid - senior) needed by a fast-growing consumer brand at the forefront of live entertainment.

Location: West London (Hybrid - 2 days a week in office)

The Product Designer will work with the product and engineering team to help launch a new, mobile-first, ticketing marketplace. This is a mobile-first, responsive website, not a mobile app.

The Product Designer will shape the search and browse experience for both audiences and producer partners, driving first-class product design development from end-to-end, including research, ideation, detailed design, and delivery.

The Product Designer will work across the top of the funnel, including landing pages, front page, listings and dates, helping customers find a show they want to see, when they want to see it.

The Product Designer must have:

  • End to end design experience for a responsive eCommerce web app
  • Significant mobile first experience
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Worked in an Agile environment and have experience working with Design Systems
  • An inquisitive mind and be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity
  • Experience with a start-up type of environment and a high volume site would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
