IT Performance & Resilience Manager / Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Site Reliability Engineering Manager needed by PE backed Tech4Good who provide IoT based products and services, including wearable tech & tablet based solutions, to the care sector.

Hybrid role, mainly home based but will require 1 / 2 days per month in office near Bournemouth.

The IT Performance & Resilience Manager / Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Site Reliability Engineering Manager will own, manage, set up and configure a monitoring system to ensure our Client has sufficient capacity and resilience to keep their services fast and reliable, whilst giving observability to customers and ensuring capacity planning for the future.

This is a doing role, the IT Performance & Resilience Manager / Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Site Reliability Engineering Manager will be involved in tool selection and then be expected to oversee the implementation, set up and configuration to provide a holistic view of service offerings and availability, a real time view of customer accounts and dashboards and data visualisation to the business users.

The IT Performance & Resilience Manager / Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Site Reliability Engineering Manager will have performed a similar role, either internally or for an IT Services provider, have a good understanding of tools such as Kibana, Grafana & Zabbix, have experience working with internal operations and support teams and a strong understanding of capacity planning & resilience management.
