Intelligent are recruiting for an additional Lift Service and Breakdown Engineer, covering a service route predominantly in the North West London area. Like most independent lift firms, we maintain a wide range of manufacturers equipment so it is impossible to expect any candidate to \βknow it all\β, but we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good grounding in lift engineering and has a calm, methodical approach to problem solving. The team has a plethora of collective knowledge to support you and the company is a keen promoter of additional training to assist in expanding your knowledge, becoming an even better engineer and ultimately increasing your earning potential. * You will be responsible for the regular maintenance of a service route, which will include attending any breakdown/entrapments that may occur and making subsequent minor repairs as required. * Normal working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. * You will be required to take part in the out of hours rota, which at present is 1 alternating weeknight per week and 1 weekend in every 5. * 25 days holiday + bank holiday. You should have: * NVQ3 in Lift Maintenance & Repair (older/equivalent qualifications may be accepted, but you must be prepared and willing to transfer to an NVQ3) * A driving license, preferably clean but with no more than 3 penalty points please
