To assist and support the Head of Social and wider social team with the overall management of the social media presence of a variety of B2C and B2B brands in the financial services sector, ensuring high quality content and messaging is delivered and that the team has assurance that the completion of campaigns and marketing efforts is undertaken with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Essential Criteria
    • Previous experience working in social media or creative marketing (2 years full time agency or 3 years full time in-house minimum).
    • Excellent understanding of key social media channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
    • Familiarity with content creation and copy writing (preferably video production).
    • Outstanding analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Criteria
    • Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
    • Understanding of other online channels: YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Trustpilot, and more.
    • Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or others.
    • Understanding of FCA and other appropriate regulators.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Able to work on their own initiative, work to deadlines and manage a heavy workload.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Must be able to work under and absorb pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude both within the office environment and with partners.
