As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will work to bring the Intelligent Internet brand to life across our open‐source ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of high‐end design and the frontier of artificial intelligence. You won’t just be executing layouts; you will be helping us define the visual language for a new era of decentralized, sovereign technology. From crafting high‐stakes presentations that explain complex AI stacks to experimenting with generative workflows to produce world‐class digital assets, your work will be seen by a global community of developers and visionaries. We are looking for a creative who is technically proficient in the Adobe Suite but intellectually curious enough to master prompt engineering and AI‐native design.

The Responsibilities

  • Visual Storytelling - Translate complex open‐source AI concepts into high‐impact visual assets for a global audience.
  • Presentation Design - Craft compelling slide decks that define our vision for open‐source AI.
  • Digital Content - Design social assets, blog headers, and announcements that celebrate our latest code releases and community milestones.
  • Community Engagement - Design graphics for competitions and interactive campaigns to drive participation within our open‐source ecosystem.
  • AI‐Native Workflow - Use and experiment with top AI models and prompt engineering to pioneer new design workflows.
  • Brand Guardianship - Manage our library of icons, logos, and templates to ensure consistency across Figma and Adobe.
  • Technical Layouts - Produce professional, print‐ready PDFs and documentation for technical whitepapers.
  • Physical Assets & Swag - Conceptualize and produce high‐quality physical merchandise and event swag, ensuring designs are production‐ready for various print and manufacturing specifications.

The Requirements

Must Have

  • The Adobe Core - High proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. You must be adept at transitioning between complex vector construction and high‐end image manipulation.
  • AI Workflow Integration - Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering and the use of generative AI models to accelerate and enhance creative output.
  • Presentation Design - Expert‐level Google Slides skills. You will translate complex AI concepts into clear, visually compelling executive decks.
  • Print & Production - Practical experience designing for physical products, including the preparation of print‐ready PDFs and production files for branded merchandise.
  • Digital Documentation - Experience using Adobe Acrobat for professional proofing, annotation, and final file delivery.
