A fantastic opportunity to join a company at the forefront of hydrogen fuel cell innovation, powering the transition to zero-emission aviation. As Business Development Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of new business opportunities for Intelligent Energy within lower power fuel cell aerospace applications. This includes emerging and high-growth markets such as heavy-lift drones, eVTOL, and CS-23 aircraft. You’ll act as the internal subject matter expert for these sectors—bringing together commercial insight and technical understanding to influence strategy, shape product direction, and secure long‑term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across aerospace fuel cell applications
  • Build and grow strategic, long‑term customer relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Act as the internal market expert, providing input into commercial strategy and technical roadmaps
  • Develop a deep understanding of aviation fuel cell challenges and position our solutions effectively
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams and external customers to define and deliver solutions
  • Support the development of proposals, partnerships, and commercial agreements
