This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and bring your passion for electrical design to our cutting‑edge fuel cell technology. As an Electrical Engineer within our Product Development team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of wiring harnesses and other electrical work packages. Working in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll collaborate closely with experts across engineering disciplines to turn innovative concepts into robust, production‑ready solutions.

You’ll use SolidWorks Electrical to create high‑quality schematics and manufacturing documentation for wiring harnesses and system test rigs, ensuring designs are scalable from development through to full production. Your work will meet applicable certification standards, supporting the delivery of safe, commercially viable and technically excellent products. This is a hands‑on role where your contribution directly influences product performance, quality, and delivery, giving you real ownership and impact and the opportunity to develop your skills.

You’re a motivated and detail‑focused engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work. You’ll bring:

  • A degree (BEng/BSc or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a relevant industrial environment
  • Proven experience in electrical wiring harness design (ideally for industrial or stationary power products)
  • Strong capability in schematic capture and harness design to IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 standards
  • Experience with industry‑standard CAD tools (SolidWorks Electrical preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS desirable) and understanding of EMC/EMI considerations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
