Intelligent Change began as something personal. Before it was a company, it was a question I was trying to answer in my own life: Why do we know so much about personal growth, yet struggle to live it consistently? Over the years, what we created resonated far beyond anything I imagined. Millions of people around the world now use Intelligent Change products as daily rituals to slow down, reflect, and live more intentionally. Content plays a powerful role in this mission. This role is about capturing real moments, real stories, and real ideas and turning them into content that actually matters. Not noise. Not trends for the sake of trends. But work that moves people in a positive way.
You’ll be working closely with the founder, helping shape how Intelligent Change shows up visually in the world and helping tell stories that uplift, ground, and inspire action. If you care deeply about meaning, craft, and creating work that leaves people better than it found them, this role is for you.
About Intelligent Change: Intelligent Change exists to help people design better lives through small, consistent rituals that compound over time. We are the creators of The Five Minute Journal, the most viral journal in the world, and have sold over 4 million products globally. Our tools are used by millions of people, including creatives, founders, athletes, leaders, and everyday people seeking more intentional lives. Intelligent Change has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, Forbes, and ELLE, with The New York Times describing the brand as having “turned gratitude into a global movement.” We are a profitable eight-figure brand with a global community and a clear vision to grow far beyond that, without losing our soul. Content is central to how we do that.
The Role: We are looking for a Videographer & Editor based in London to work directly with the founder and creative team to capture, edit, and shape content that reflects the heart of Intelligent Change. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply creative. You will be involved from idea to execution and will have a real voice in shaping the visual language of the brand. You will capture moments, conversations, reflections, travel, behind-the-scenes, and stories and turn them into short-form and long-form content across platforms. This is an opportunity to be part of a global movement, not just a content pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Capture Meaningful Content: Film founder-led content, conversations, reflections, and moments in real environments. Capture both planned shoots and spontaneous, in-the-moment footage. Travel occasionally for events, retreats, and brand moments.
- Edit With Taste & Intention: Edit short-form and long-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Shape stories that feel human, grounded, and emotionally resonant. Balance polish with authenticity.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with the founder to translate ideas, thoughts, and moments into compelling visual stories. Collaborate with the wider creative and marketing team when needed. Contribute creative ideas, formats, and visual approaches.
- Build a Visual Language: Help evolve the visual style of Intelligent Change content. Maintain consistency while experimenting with new creative directions. Understand what performs while protecting the soul of the brand.
Who You Are:
- A Story-Driven Creative: You care about storytelling, not just aesthetics. You know how to capture emotion, presence, and meaning on camera.
- Strong Videographer & Editor: Confident filming with professional or semi-professional gear. Highly capable editor with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and tone. Comfortable shooting and editing for social platforms.
- Culturally Aware: You understand modern content, platforms, and formats. You know what resonates, but you’re not chasing trends blindly.
- Values-Aligned: You resonate with mindfulness, personal growth, and intentional living. You want your work to have a positive impact on people’s lives.
- Comfortable Working Closely: You enjoy working directly with a founder. You’re adaptable, grounded, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
- London-Based: Able to work in person regularly. Open to occasional travel.
Why This Role Matters: The content you create will be seen by millions of people around the world. It will shape how Intelligent Change feels, not just how it looks. It will influence how people pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a founder, help shape a global brand’s visual voice, create stories that genuinely uplift and inspire, and be part of something meaningful, not transactional.
