Due to internal growth of Intelligencia Training, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our apprenticeship reviews team. This role would ideally suit someone who has had previous experience within education quality assurance, is familiar with funded apprenticeship programmes and is looking to learn more about compliance and DfE requirements. This includes data entry and scrutiny of documentation.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the planning and recording of the learners’ apprenticeship journey, including the completion of learner progress reviews. The candidate will not be considered unless they have had prior experience within the education sector. Although training will be given on our learner management information system (PICS), it is essential that you are able to work as part of a team to meet deadlines, carry out tasks in a methodical manner, and have an attention to detail in order to produce and report quality assurance findings accurately.

This role is office-based and will be supporting the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparing for Ofsted inspections and external audit arrangements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete tripartite learner progress reviews with learners and their line managers, to ensure that individual learning goals are clearly and accurately planned and recorded.
  • Complete monthly audits to ensure that all documentation meets ESFA compliance.
  • Complete quality assurance audits to ensure that the learners’ journey is being effectively recorded from the beginning to the end of their programme.

This role will be office-based, full-time, Mon to Fri (37.5) hours per week. Starting salary £26,500 per year, increasing to £27,500 per year once the probation period is passed (proposed 6 months).
