This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent agency work rather than the occasional shift . The service currently uses around 100 hours of agency cover each week , with demand expected to increase further. The shifts The majority of shifts are daytime: AM: 8:00am 2:30pm PM: 3:00pm 9:30pm We are particularly interested in applicants who can commit to regular shifts each week and become familiar faces within the service. What we're looking for You should be: An experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant Female, due to the individual support needs within the service Reliable and able to commit to regular weekly shifts Happy to complete shadow shifts before starting independently A driver if you are not local to Seaton, as public transport is not suitable for the service Comfortable supporting adults in a person-centred environment Professional, dependable and able to build positive relationships Ideally already in possession of an enhanced DBS and up-to-date mandatory training Medication training is not required for these positions.
