Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid: 1–2 days/week onsite)

Salary: Competitive (£28,000–£42,000 base depending on experience) + uncapped commission + quarterly bonuses + incentive trips – OTE of up to 100k+

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Manchester. You’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial growth, learning how to build relationships with clients, and helping shape how we deliver data and AI projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
  • Support client engagement and proposal preparation
  • Build relationships with consultants and partners in the Data & AI space
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with technical leads to scope client requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercially driven and curious about technology, data, and AI
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in consulting
