Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Technical background (previous development or engineering experience preferred).
  • PMP certification is a strong plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 6-8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale software, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or FinTech experience.
  • PMP certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification.
  • Experience managing Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Digital Transformation projects.
  • Experience with enterprise PMO governance and portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies.
