The Workday HCM Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
This role serves as the technical expert across Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses deep functional and technical expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and data management.
The Technical Lead will drive solution design, mentor team members, establish configuration standards, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic HR technology initiatives.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of Workday experience with significant hands-on configuration expertise.
- 5+ years supporting multiple Workday HCM modules.
