Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Practical experience with GitOps and Argo CD.
- Experience with infrastructure orchestration tools, preferably Crossplane.
- Experience implementing or maintaining policy-as-code using OPA Gatekeeper or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and platform security.
- Ability to design systems with scalability, reliability, and governance in mind.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Design, build, and operate a Kubernetes platform using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE & GKE Autopilot).
- Implement and maintain GitOps-based application deployment workflows using Argo CD.
- Develop and manage infrastructure orchestration using Crossplane.
- Define and enforce platform governance and policy controls with OPA Gatekeeper.
- Integrate policy enforcement with infrastructure provisioning and application workflows.
- Enable secure and scalable self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with security, SRE, and application teams to improve platform reliability and compliance.
- Troubleshoot platform, deployment, and infrastructure issues across environments.
