Following the rapid growth over the last 5 years, we have been investing in the build-up of the international sales organization and are currently expanding our strategic partnerships function within the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) segment. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Executive to establish and strengthen alliances with leading technology vendors in digital banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, and risk & compliance ecosystems.
Requirements:- Strong track record in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the FSI technology ecosystem (e.g. digital banking platforms, insurance solutions, capital markets vendors).
- Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with technology providers and strategic partners.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or strategic business development in financial technology or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market models, and how partnerships drive revenue and market growth.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and grow partnerships with leading vendors in the banking, insurance, and capital markets domains.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships within partner organizations to ensure alignment of joint strategies.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Design and implement joint GTM initiatives, co-selling strategies, and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within FSI to inform partnership strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and Marketing teams to enable partner-driven business growth.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Intellias at partner events, industry forums, and joint marketing initiatives, becoming a visible advocate for our partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership impact, pipeline influence, and joint revenue outcomes.
