Role Overview: At Intellias, the Senior Product Strategist transforms insights into bold, human-centered digital experiences that drive real impact. Partnering with Product Strategy Leadership and the Design & Consultancy Director, you’ll connect research, business goals, and innovation to craft transformative products. Your work shapes experience visions, translates strategy into action, and empowers clients to deliver solutions that don’t just function—but truly inspire. Requirements:

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and enhance product strategy.
  • Research and Strategic Insights: Expertise in conducting and synthesizing user research, competitive analysis, and market benchmarks into actionable design strategies.
  • Experience Vision & Roadmapping: Ability to create experience blueprints, define strategic initiatives, and prioritize design efforts alongside product and delivery managers.
  • Human-Centred Design: Proficient in applying human-centred design principles to product development, ensuring solutions meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Planning & Delivery: Strong time management skills to manage multiple design initiatives, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in design.
  • Very strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Support Product Strategy leadership in defining and executing the product strategy, formulating long-term strategies and identifying innovative product opportunities. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including user interviews and competitive benchmarking, together with co-facilitate workshops. Synthesize insights into strategic opportunities, identifying user needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Product Strategy: Support the execution of the product strategy roadmaps from a customer experience perspective, collaborating with the Product Manager to prioritize initiatives alongside client stakeholders and designers to set strategic vision.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients during delivery phases, and support product leadership during discovery and pre-sales to communicate design rationale, and advocate for a human-centered approach throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams to expand business with existing clients. Supporting strategic design perspectives, and support business development initiatives.
  • Practice Development: Support the evolution of the Strategic Design practice at Intellias by refining methodologies, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior designers.

Why this position: As part of our Design and consultancy growth strategy, we are looking to hire professionals to help our leaders develop our practices. The initial phase will support the Product Management Leaders and the Design in developing the Product Management Practice while supporting product delivery.
