Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) is one of our four verticals experiencing significant growth across Capital Markets, Commodities Trading, Banking and Insurance. We are working with the leading hedge funds, online trading companies, reinsurance institutions and banks to help them compete in the age of AI through modernisation, enterprise data management, and agentic AI capabilities.
As we continue to scale, we're expanding our Sales team in the UK, bringing top talent on board at both Director and Vice-President level.
Your responsibilities
Build and scale relationships with a portfolio of financial institutions to grow the vertical above benchmark. Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the process.
You bring
- FSI domain expertise in Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance, with depth in at least one sub-vertical
- Demonstrable solutions selling in Data, AI or enterprise technology services
- A network of executives across technology, data and business functions
- A track record in global service delivery and executing multi-million-dollar outsourcing deals
- Strategic thinking to position value deals and work backwards from real business problems
