Project/Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager at Intellias will spearhead the business aspects of digital experience creation with a strong focus on a product-led approach to drive or define the product vision. Responsible for establishing the long-term vision and goals, this role requires a strategic mindset that blends market insights, business acumen, and innovative thinking to propel product development across various industries.

- Product Management & Roadmap: Experience in co-facilitating strategy workshops, producing detailed product roadmaps, and managing design delivery tasks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to dissect business challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Planning & Time Management: Exceptional planning skills with the capability to manage digital product projects and team activities effectively.
- Human-Centred Design: Proficient in applying human-centred design principles to product development, ensuring solutions meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in design. Very strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Support the Product Strategy leadership in defining and executing the product strategy, formulating long-term strategies and identifying innovative product opportunities.
- Product Management: Create and execute product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to align with the strategic vision.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients during the pre-sales phase, deliver consulting services, and co-facilitate workshops to build robust relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to drive new client acquisitions and expand business with existing clients. Support operationalising and tracking of pre-sales and business development efforts.
- Practice Development: Support Product Management Leadership in evolving the Product Management practice within the Design and Consultancy Studio.
