Your responsibilities:
- Define our go-to-market approach for AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Shape transformative solutions with customers—optimizing workflows, solving complex business problems, and enabling business model innovation.
- Lead initial delivery phases to establish technical excellence and set engagements up for long-term success.
You bring:
- Hands-on AI expertise in AI Engineering, Agentic AI, or Data Science—you can architect solutions and review code.
- Executive presence with technical depth – comfortable engaging C-suite and leading technical teams in the trenches.
- Team leadership – coaching and mentoring engineers while driving delivery excellence.
- FSI domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance, with depth in at least one sub-vertical.
- Commercial acumen – structuring win-win-win engagements for customers, partners, and Intellias.
