Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) is one of our four verticals experiencing significant growth across Capital Markets, Commodities Trading, Banking and Insurance. We are working with leading hedge funds, online trading companies, reinsurance institutions and banks to help them compete in the age of AI through modernisation, enterprise data management, and agentic AI capabilities.
As we continue to scale, we are expanding the team across the UK and US, bringing top talent on board at the Principal, Director, and Vice President levels.
Your responsibilities:
- Define our goâtoâmarket approach within the Data space.
- Advise on Data Strategy and Governance, applying modern Data Mesh principles.
- Define Data Management practices and Solutions.
- Lead initial delivery phases for Data Engineering projects to establish technical excellence and set engagements up for longâterm success.
You bring:
- Handsâon Data expertise across at least two of Data Governance, Data Management and Data Engineering â you can architect solutions and review code.
- Executive presence with technical depth â comfortable engaging Câsuite and leading technical teams in the trenches.
- Team leadership â coaching and mentoring engineers while driving delivery excellence.
- FSI domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance, with depth in at least one subâvertical.
- Commercial acumen â structuring winâwinâwin engagements for customers, partners, and Intellias.
